Our ISO certifications
At Tecnoinox, everything starts with the desire to meet the needs of customers and quality is the result of the care we take in every aspect, bringing everything together to create and sell amazing products. On this basis, we hold UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification of our quality management system, gained in 1998 and consistently renewed. Always attentive to the demands of our stakeholders, in 2011 we also obtained ISO 14001:2015 environmental-management certification and occupational health and safety certification, currently under standard ISO 45001:2018.
Tecnoinox adopts an integrated quality, safety and environmental management system, with the goal of continuously improving performance, both in terms of economic efficiency and social and environmental responsibility.
Product certifications
Product certifications guarantee the quality and compliance of products with safety regulations, as specifically required in different countries. Through training, product development and testing in our in-house lab, Tecnoinox constantly invests in certifications to offer dependable safety to partners and end users. Tecnoinox products are extremely safe for customers, as electrical equipment is complaint with European standards for CE certification and international IEC standards, while gas products meet the safety requirements of EN203 required for CE certification, and often recognised outside the EU.
231 Model and Corporate Code of Ethics
With the entry into force of Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, Tecnoinox Srl equipped itself with a “231” organisation, management and control model, with the support of an external supervisory body. This model helps to ensure that the company’s business operations and activities are proper and transparent. The model is constantly updated and its content is aligned with the provisions of Italian Law 231/2001, forming part of a wider Tecnoinox policy to promote proper and transparent business operations and relations with third parties, implementing the Corporate Code of Ethics.

Our technical department designs and builds all equipment targeting high performance, energy savings, functionality and ergonomics, without forgetting the design excellence that has always distinguished Made-in-Italy solutions.
From design to prototype, via in-house testing of all electrical and gas equipment in our own lab, we monitor every single aspect of the production process to guarantee our customers top-quality raw materials, components, processing, and assembly.
Whistleblowing
In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/ 2023 TECNOINOX S.r.l. has set up a platform at this link for reporting offences and violations available to employees who wish to report conduct, acts or omissions detrimental to the interests of the company of which they have become aware in the work context. Reports may also be made by external staff.
Within the platform, all indications on how to properly fill in the report will be provided.

The platform is not to be used for complaints or enquiries of any kind, but is intended to provide a tool for bringing wrongdoing and violations to light, as per Legislative Decree 24/2023.
