Recessed bains-marie are the perfect solution to keep hot food at optimal temperature and humidity levels.  

Built with high-quality materials such as stainless steel, the heating elements are positioned under the tank, guaranteeing uniform heating. The tanks, which have rounded corners, are designed to hold GN1/1 or GN1/2 containers with 150 mm height.  

Thermostatic adjustment up to 90°C and a thermostat to prevent overheating ensure precise control. In addition, the drain system on the bottom of the tank with ball valve enables easy cleaning and water drainage.
