Electric boiling tops 

Electric boiling tops with one-piece deep-drawn plates and grooves to prevent overflows are designed to facilitate equipment cleaning and maintenance.  

The plates are hermetically fixed to protect against spills and guarantee maximum safety, while the chef can freely manage the power over six different levels.  

In addition, each heating element is equipped with an automatic safety device. 

Glass ceramic boiling tops 

Featuring concentric heating elements with double heating zone, Tecnoinox glass ceramic boiling tops offer efficient heating for pots and pans of various dimensions and diameters.  

The 6 mm-thick smooth glass ceramic surface enables easy cleaning, while the light on the boiling top indicates when the surface is still hot, even when the knob is in the OFF position.   

Ultra-rapid tungsten heating elements and an automatic temperature limiter guarantee safe and reliable performance. 

Gas boiling tops

Gas boiling tops are equipped with deep-drawn tops with wide grooves to prevent overflows and leaks and facilitate cleaning. Available in 5 kW and 7.5 kW power, 2-6 burner configuration. The different burner combinations offer standard and “Super” versions and ensure your kitchen meets any cooking requirements.

The exclusive Super hermetic burners, cast-iron base and brass flame-spreader ferrule are distinguished by their exquisite design and functionality, offering 7.5 kW power, and are equipped with an always-on pilot burner that ensures the burners are not blown out by air flows or blocked by organic residues. Gas boiling tops feature a pan support grid in solid enamelled cast iron, offering a strong and resistant surface for pots and pans to rest on during cooking.
