With a capacity of 50 litres, these boiling pans offer indirect heating through the jacket positioned between the heating element and the bottom of the container, guaranteeing uniform heat distribution.  

Filling of the jacket with water is controlled by taps, while the safety thermostat ensures reliable cooking. For easy equipment cleaning and maintenance, the pans are equipped with a front drainage tap that is easy to remove.
