Tecnocombi electromechanical ovens guarantee precise and intuitive cooking thanks to their simple interface and special design features. With only three commands, users can adjust the temperature, cooking time and humidity level. The mixed cycle provides the flexibility to manage up to seven levels of humidity for optimal cooking results.
The deflector ensures uniform cooking and is designed for optimal heat distribution in the chamber. The grids are conveniently spaced 70 mm apart.
Lights indicate when the oven is on and the activity of the heating elements, while the button to open the vent and the power switch are located on the control panel. The easy-open handle and steam condensation to protect pipes complete the features of this high-quality oven.
Tecnocombi manual ovens offer a range of optionals to customise the cooking experience. These include the choice of reverse door opening for more practical use.
Bases with a tray rack enable better organisation of work space, while hoods ensure effective extraction of steam and odours. The stacking kit (electric ovens only) optimises space in the kitchen. Additional trays increase cooking capacity, while the external spray gun allows quick and easy cleaning of the oven.
