SEF Classic electric salamanders are closed on three sides, offer fast cooking speeds, efficiency and energy savings.  

Made from AISI 304 satin stainless steel, they are equipped with chrome-plated steel cooking grids with heat-resistant handles, which can be set at different heights. The temperature is controlled via an energy regulator, allowing precise management of the cooking process.  

A removable back panel allows you to transform them into pass-through models, for more flexible usage. SEF2 models also have two independent cooking zones which can be managed separately or as one, providing maximum versatility in the kitchen.
