SEL Classic electric salamanders open on three sides serve as a perfect connection between the kitchen and the service area. Made from AISI 304 satin stainless steel, they are equipped with cooking grids with a rack system offering 8 levels.  

They also have drip trays and pull-out chrome-plated steel grids, and offer a spacious upper level. SEL2 models have two independent cooking zones which can be managed separately or as one. They can be closed on two sides with specific accessories to increase heating speed and help maintain the temperature.
